BiographyMy name is Margaret McAleese and I am proud to be a Foundation Governor at Our Lady’s RC Primary School. I have been chairperson for eight years. I am a retired teacher, having taught for 40+ years in Army and Catholic schools. I am particularly passionate about developing children’s skills in mathematics. I enjoy cryptic crosswords and walking.

Mr Jamie CaddenFoundation Governor Vice-chair of governors with responsibility for Staff Pay
BiographyMy name is Jamie Cadden. I am an ex-pupil of Our Lady’s and my 5 children have also come through the school; I have therefore had an association of over 30 years with the school. I am a Foundation Governor which entails being nominated by the parish and appointed by the diocese with the aim of upholding and promoting Catholic education. I have a great passion for most sports, but especially football and rugby and am a qualified FA coach. I also have a passion for Our Lady’s which is why am so happy to offer my time and energy to help the school flourish. |

BiographyI have worked at Our Lady’s as a teaching assistant for 12 years but have been involved for a lot longer as a parent and as a previous pupil myself. I love working in the school environment and thoroughly enjoy helping the children achieve their very best. As a staff governor my role includes Health & Safety. This is very important as the children need to be safe whilst in school. |

BiographyI hail from Tooting Bec. After studying Mathematics at London university, I entered the English College seminary in Rome in 1986. I was ordained for the priesthood in 1992 at St. Anselm’s, Tooting Bec, and have served in Camberwell, Strood, and New Addington. I have been at St. Anselm’s Dartford since 2012. |

BiographyMy name is Rachel Gibbs-McNeil and I have been a school governor at Our Lady’s Roman Catholic Primary School for 4 years. I am particularly passionate about contributing to the school & the local community. I have 3 children, two of whom still attend Our Lady’s and I am an active member of Saint Anselm’s church. I work full time as a Head of Commercial and Operations for a Global content business in London which, along with my 3 beautiful children, keeps me terribly busy! Being a Governor of Our Lady’s has allowed me to contribute to the school with both my business head, my Catholic heart and my commitment to helping the children of the school. |

Mr Paul TabiFoundation Governor Responsibility for Finance and Head Teacher Performance Management
BiographyMy name is Paul Tabi and I am a Foundation Governor at Our Lady’s Catholic School. I have lived in Dartford for over 12 years and my children have all attended the school. I work for a Bank and therefore have a good understanding around anything financial.
As Governors we work closely with Miss Quinn to ensure that the school is performing well and meeting all its targets. I am particularly interested in physical education.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and going on holidays. Visiting new places is something I very much enjoy. |
