PTFA

Welcome to the PTFA section!

Hi everyone, for those of you who are unfamiliar with us, this year, the PTFA is a team of 3 parents and between us we have 2 children in Our Lady’s School, all our older children have now left! You can put a face to our names, we have a ‘who’s who’ poster in the playground notice board.

We see first-hand the benefits the children get from having such a good PTFA and we see it as a privilege to help raise funds for not just our children but all of the children at the school.

P.T.F.A stands for Parents, Teachers, Friends Association, so it’s not just current parents at the school who can help, we have parents of children who have left Our Lady's who still like to help out, which is great and we still benefit from previous members of the PTFA who have ‘retired’! All help and ideas are welcome!

Who’s who ~

I also have a son(14) & a daughter(12) who attended OLCPS I have been PTFA chairperson for the last 3 years and I enjoy working with the school and PTFA to run events and raising money for our school. I can always be found in the playground at drop off & pick up time should you wish to talk to me about anything.
PTFA Secretary – Becky Morgan
My name is Becky Morgan. My daughter Maisie is in Year 5. Having been a parent of the school for several years now I enjoy being involved with the PTFA and helping organise lots of money-raising events for all the children of Our Lady's. All parents, new or old, your help and support will be very much appreciated!

Keep an eye on the Notice Board for dates and pop along to our next meeting. Meetings take place in the school hall and are usually only around 1 hour long; bring your ideas and thoughts, or simply come along to hear what we are planning, we would love to see some new faces there, and it’s really not that scary!
