Forest School Inspired Learning

Forest school inspired learning sessions give the opportunity to learn and use a variety of skills in an outdoor environment. This includes: making fires to cook; using tools to build structures and models; using natural materials for craft activities; using balance ropes; and many many more!

Wellington boots

Also during winter months, the children may require: 2 pairs of socks, a hat, a scarf, gloves, a vest or a long sleeved t shirt or skins top (or PJ top) and another jumper.

The more layers, the warmer your child will be - they can always take them off!

Forest School Inspired Learning Leaders

In September, Years 1 - 6 vote for their class representatives for Forest School Inspired Learning. 

These pupils then consult with their classes about issues in Forest School and also help to ensure the smooth running of their class' sessions.
