This term we have looked at our heart and how the blood circulates nutrients and water around the body.  It is therfore very important that we are careful what we put into our bodies so that we do not damage it and so that we keep all of our organs healthy.  This week I would like you to create a healthy lifestyle booklet (aimed at other Year 6 pupils).  You need to include diet (what you eat and drink); exercise; hygiene (keeping clean) and what you should avoid doing and advice on how you could achieve this.
