Write a fact file about the war for a younger child to give them some basic facts about the war – when it happened, how long it lasted, who was involved, interesting facts etc. Keep it relatively simple. You could set it out like one of these in the pictures below.
This will give you a basic understanding of the chronology of the war and help you with your other activities.
Practical activity: Make a game up about WW2 to help you remember the facts. For example, a board game, a memory game or a card game.
